About

Building With Purpose, Backed by Trust

We Don’t Cover Leaks. We Eliminate Them.

Who We Are

DS Projects is a close-knit team of specialists who have come together from across the construction industry with one shared purpose: to provide the most trusted, reliable and permanent solution to concrete and masonry water ingress in NSW.

Our team brings hands-on experience across new construction and remedial works, manufacturing, procurement, stone masonry, bricklaying, concrete repair, waterproofing, carpentry and project management. That breadth of knowledge means we understand the full picture — from how buildings are built, to why they leak, to how to fix them for good.

We are not a large company and we have no intention of becoming one. We are a small, focused team that carries out all project work in-house. That means the people you speak to are the same people who show up on site, and the quality of our work is never diluted by subcontracting or growth for growth’s sake.

A Family-Oriented Business

We have two married couples, a father and son, and two sisters in a team of ten. That is not a coincidence — it reflects the kind of business we are. Trust, loyalty and genuine care for one another are not values we pin to a wall. They are how we operate every day.

That culture carries directly into our relationships with clients. When you work with DS Projects, you are not dealing with a faceless organisation. You are working with real people who take personal responsibility for the outcome of every job.

Our Story

DS Projects was built to solve a problem that the industry had largely been ignoring. Water ingress through concrete and masonry had long been met with one default response: demolish and start again. In many cases, that approach is valid. In many others, it is unnecessary, disruptive and expensive — and it still does not guarantee a result.

We came together with a different approach. By combining expertise across construction, remedial works, waterproofing and project management, we built an end-to-end system designed to find leaks and eliminate them permanently — without invasive demolition wherever that is possible.

Since starting out, we have worked across residential, commercial, strata, infrastructure and property sectors throughout NSW, and we have done so with a simple commitment: deliver certainty, every time.

What We Do

We specialise in stopping water from entering or exiting properties through concrete, masonry and structural substrates.

Water ingress is rarely straightforward. In the vast majority of cases we are called to inspect, the source of the leak is not immediately visible or accessible. Water enters through movement joints, expansion joints, construction joints, cracks, and through pressure-driven processes in basements, below podiums, behind retaining walls and in areas that are difficult to reach. Finding the source and eliminating it — without unnecessary disruption — is what we do.

We combine the most effective technologies available, including PU resin injection, DPC injection, and crystalline and hydrostatic systems, into a complete solution tailored to each project. The result is a permanent fix backed by a clear, no-fine-print 25-year guarantee.

No jargon. No ambiguity. Just a solution that works and a guarantee that means something.

Our Values

Vision

To be the go-to solution for structural water ingress across NSW — known and trusted for the quality and certainty we deliver.

dsp icon 8

Mission

To give every client a definitive answer to their water ingress problem. A clear process, a firm lump-sum proposal, an installation that sets a new standard, and a warranty that removes risk completely.

Values

Our people — their development, growth and success. Our clients — their satisfaction and peace of mind. Continuous improvement — always finding a better way to deliver.

We do not accept a one-product-fits-all approach. The substrate type, the nature of the crack or joint, whether water is actively flowing, the degree of structural movement, the age and condition of the concrete — all of it matters, and all of it is factored into the method before a single port is drilled.

What We Stand For

Construction quality in NSW has been under scrutiny for years, and change is happening. Legislation is tightening, accountability is increasing and the industry is slowly but surely building better.

We are part of that change — specifically in the remedial water ingress space. We challenge the default assumption that the only solution is to demolish and rebuild. In 90% of the projects we inspect, water is entering through areas that are not visible, accessible or easily diagnosed by conventional methods. Our system is designed for exactly those situations: to provide a permanent, non-invasive solution that eliminates the problem from the inside, without the cost and disruption of major demolition works.

It is a better outcome for the building, for the client and for the industry.
